Carly LeDay is a Creative Producer and Marketing Strategist whose work blends cinematic realism with emotionally driven, visually sonic storytelling. With a background in marketing and event planning, she approaches producing as both a creative vision and a structural discipline—guiding projects from development through distribution with strategy, intention, and care. Her portfolio spans short films, documentaries, music videos, and commercial campaigns.
In 2025, her short film There Are Flowers Outside the Door was named a Semi-Finalist at the Cannes Indie Shorts and screened during the Cannes Film Festival. That same year, There Are Flowers Outside the Door and Emergency Contact were Official Selections at the Baton Rouge Underground Film Festival. She also served as Consulting Producer on Highway 555, which was selected for the Black Harvest Film Festival, AfroSouth Film Festival, and New Orleans Black Film Festival. In 2026, Stories From a One Room School, a documentary she supported in production, won Best Documentary Short at the Denton Black Film Festival.
Since 2023, Carly has led marketing strategy for more than 30 creators and brands, generating over 5 million impressions across client platforms.
Beyond individual projects, her producing practice is rooted in access, mentorship, and sustainability. Over the past five years, she has supported film students and emerging filmmakers through hands-on production guidance, shared resources, and practical education around building lasting creative careers. She sees film as both a mirror and a meeting place—where personal memory, collective history, and the present moment converge.
